I’ve tried to lose weight so many times in the past. If I hadn’t given up, I’d already be at my goal weight by now. That’s what I need to keep reminding myself every time I feel like I want to give up. Because if I do give up, five months from now, I’ll be saying the same exact thing. I’m not going to let that happen. I’m going to get to my goal weight, no matter what. I can do this. We can all do this.

Yes, well disorted food habits. I’d like to say I’ve ‘recovered’. I wrote a massive post about this but then deleted it as it was too personal and filled with too much emotion.

  • Day Eighteen - What do you allow yourself to indulge in? Candy, cake, alcohol, etc.? Why did you choose this as your indulgence?

Salt and vinegar crisps! Ahhhhh

No. Me and Rich some times order Dominos like once every 2 months cuz of how expensive it is! And i normally have a beaty workout in the day so I don’t feel so bad haha. But Dominos pizza are my favorite thing ever.

  • Day Twenty - If you have been on a weight-loss program, what is your favorite? If not, which one would you be on if you could?

No, nope. Eating healthly/balanced with exercise.  It’s a life style change, not a program.
